Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 3rd of July 2026

1. About Us

Welcome to Along Those Lines.

Along Those Lines is a business established in the United Kingdom, specialising in made-to-order wall art prints. We operate the website alongthoselines.co.uk and sell our products primarily in Pounds Sterling (£).

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

2. Contact Information

If you have any questions about these Terms or your order, please contact us:

Email: hello@alongthoselines.co.uk

Website: alongthoselines.co.uk

We aim to respond to enquiries within two business days.

3. Placing an Order & Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products.

Your order is subject to acceptance by us. A legally binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation confirming that we have accepted your order.

If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and issue a full refund where payment has already been taken.

4. Our Products

Every Along Those Lines print is produced to order through our trusted print fulfilment partner.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product photographs, lifestyle images and mock-ups accurately represent the finished product.

However, slight differences in colour, brightness, scale or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions and commercial printing processes.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product are not considered defects.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Where applicable, prices include VAT.

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, although any confirmed order will not be affected.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Production & Delivery

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print partner, Gelato, using a global production network.

Where possible, orders are produced at the facility closest to the delivery address to reduce delivery times and environmental impact.

Estimated delivery times include both production and shipping and are provided for guidance only.

Delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or similar charges imposed by their local authorities.

Further information can be found in our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Changes, Cancellations & Returns

As our products are produced to order, production usually begins shortly after an order has been placed.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@alongthoselines.co.uk.

Where production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once production has begun or your order has been dispatched, cancellation or amendment may not be possible. Any cancellation, return or refund request will be handled in accordance with our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy and your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 20 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Where appropriate, we will normally offer a replacement in the first instance. If a replacement is not possible or does not resolve the issue, we will provide a refund or other appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 20 days of delivery. This helps us investigate the issue with our fulfilment partner while their claims window is still open. Reporting an issue after this time will not automatically affect your statutory rights, but it may limit the remedies available where we are unable to investigate with our fulfilment partner.

For full details, please see our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.

13. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform our obligations where these result from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, supplier failures, pandemics, government action or internet outages.

Where possible, we will keep customers informed and work to minimise any disruption.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
