We offer three ways to purchase your artwork:Ready to Hang FramedYour print arrives professionally framed, fully assembled and ready to hang as soon as it arrives.Not Assembled FramedYour print and frame are supplied together for you to assemble at home. The frame includes everything needed for wall mounting, with hanging hardware included. Smaller sizes also include an easel stand for shelf or desk display.Print OnlyChoose this option if you'd like to receive the artwork without a frame so you can frame it yourself.Whichever option you choose, every Along Those Lines print is produced using the same premium-quality paper and printed especially to order.

All Along Those Lines prints are produced using premium materials to ensure a high-quality, long-lasting finish.We use 200gsm semi-gloss paper, which gives the artwork a soft, elegant sheen that enhances colour vibrancy while reducing glare. This finish helps your print look rich and detailed without being overly shiny.The paper is also designed to help protect your artwork from fading over time, so it stays looking fresh and vibrant for years to come.Where possible, we use FSC-certified or equivalent responsibly sourced materials, supporting more sustainable production practices without compromising on quality.Each print is made to order, meaning your artwork is freshly produced specifically for you rather than stored in a warehouse.

We do our very best to make sure our product photos represent the finished artwork as accurately as possible 💛.However, every screen displays colours a little differently and commercial printing naturally produces tiny variations in colour or finish. These small differences are completely normal and help make every professionally printed piece unique.

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.For prints, we use either flat packaging or protective triangular boxes, depending on the size of the print, production location and shipping destination. This allows us to choose the safest and most efficient packaging method for each order.This approach is based on extensive experience fulfilling orders worldwide and helps ensure the lowest possible risk of damage during transit while also meeting local shipping requirements.Framed prints are securely packaged with protective materials and reinforced boxing to help protect the frame, glass alternative and artwork throughout delivery.If you order multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately depending on where and how they are produced.

Every Along Those Lines print is made to order before it's carefully packaged and shipped.Estimated delivery times are:🇬🇧 United Kingdom: typically 4–7 working days🌍 International: delivery times vary depending on your location.Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, product size and quantity.These are estimated delivery times, so occasionally couriers or customs can cause delays. If something doesn't seem right, just get in touch and we'll always do our best to help.

We work with a trusted global print partner with fulfilment centres in over 17 countries.Wherever possible, your order is produced at the print facility closest to your delivery address. This helps your artwork arrive sooner while reducing unnecessary transport and environmental impact.

Because every Along Those Lines print is made to order especially for you, returns and exchanges aren't always possible. If you'd like to return an item, please get in touch before sending anything back and we'll let you know what options are available. Whatever happens, your statutory rights under UK consumer law are always respected.

Oh no, we're so sorry 😭 !Please email us at hello@alongthoselines.co.uk as soon as possible (ideally within 20 days of delivery) with your order number, a quick description of the issue and a few clear photos.We'll investigate everything as quickly as possible and, where appropriate, usually arrange a replacement first. If a replacement isn't suitable, we'll make sure the issue is resolved in line with your legal rights. See our shipping and returns policy for more info.

If you've spotted a mistake, let us know as soon as possible! We'll always do our best to update it.Because orders go into production pretty quickly, we can't guarantee we'll be able to make changes once production has started, but we will always try if we can.

If you've changed your mind, please email us as soon as possible.Because every print is made to order, production often starts shortly after your order is placed, so cancellations aren't always possible. If we can cancel it before production starts, we absolutely will.
